These terms of service are deemed to form part of any agreement of service between the peachbloggmanager.com and the Client.
It is agreed by and between the Client andpeachbloggmanager.com as follows:
ACCEPTANCE
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
APPOINTMENT
The Client hereby appoints the peachbloggmanager.com to handle the discussed social media management / assistance services.
COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION
This agreement is deemed to commence from the date of the first payment for service and shall remain in force for 1 calendar month/1 week- depending on the discussed payment plan. The agreement will be renewed thereafter every month/week unless cancelled by either party in advance.
CONFIDENTIALITY

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither the Client, nor peachbloggmanager.com, shall be liable for any default, delay or lapse occurring due to events beyond their control including riot, strike, theft, war, or acts of God and/or nature.
CANCELLATION
Either party may cancel this agreement by giving 1 week notice to the other, without assigning any reason whatsoever. The obligations of the parties shall continue during the notice period.
REFUND
If peachbloggmanager.com fails to provide the discussed services within the discussed timeframe, client shall receive a 100% refund.
